Two engagements quote separately, outside the three-tier structure: Strategic Advisory ($25K–$65K/quarter — portfolio strategy, M&A diligence, capital-raise positioning, multi-state expansion, 280E structuring) and Enforcement Defense (intake $7,500–$15,000 covers the first 10 business days inside the CCR 15002(d) window; a bounded scope of work follows).
